Units are leased on a Month to Month basis.

No Deposit or Administration Fee.

We prorate your rent from the date that you come in and sign the lease until the end of the month.   We then collect the following month rent up front before the start of the next month.  From that point forward it is a month to month renewal due on the first of each month.

We do not prorate when you move out.  If you are in your unit as of the 1st of the month, then you have automatically renewed your lease for another month.

You provide your own padlock and you keep the key.

We do not provide insurance on your contents.  Check with your homeowners or renters insurance policy and see if your contents are covered while in storage away from your home or business.

September 2020 rental prorated: $45  (15 days at $3.00 per day)

October 2020 rental collected up front: $90.00

Total amount due upon rental $135.00
